We will refund or replace the purchase price of the product in the event of:

• Manufacturing fault  (12-month warranty)-  products must be shipped to our head office for assessment.|

• If the product does not fit and has not been used, a refund will be offered. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense.
  
  If the product has been used or returned with any marks a refund will not be issued.
